I’ve got to say the recipes are great! There really is something there for everyone. If you are used to thinking of diets as something that is restrictive then Sean is really going to open your eyes. In the dessert section he’s got recipes for chocolate pudding, orange coconut cookies, truffles, brownies, chocolate mousse etc. I’ll bet you didn’t expect to see that sort of thing in a book about health and fat loss!

No way would I describe Dark Side Of Fat Loss as a diet book! This is
a book that has been written by a guy that is without question an expert in his field, and that really comes across. I’ll be honest, there are time that it can be a difficult read. The questions that Sean raises about the modern lifestyle will almost certainly leave you feeling that you’ve been lied to and cheated all your life!
